
Tracy Ruleman
Tracy Ruleman served as the first Auxiliary President of Casa de Amparo, an organization that helps victims of domestic violence. She later started a pro-life ministry in Escondido, CA called Crusade For Life and helped to develop the Escondido Pregnancy Center.
Moving from California to the Washington, DC area Tracy has continued to serve as Vice President of Overflowing Life, Inc, and has been instrumental in facilitating ministry development and church planting in the U.S. and overseas. She is co-founder of The Gate DC, The Gate Florida and the Embassy of Hope in Vero Beach, Florida where she now resides. Tracy served as Regional Director of six states for the International Association of Healing Rooms and was the first Director of the Healing Rooms of Washington, DC.
Tracy’s first trip to Cambodia in 2014 led her to witness human sex trafficking first hand. She resolved at that time to see this evil eradicated and its victims healed and set free.
Tracy is married to her husband of 57 years, David. They have 5 children, 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
